- Blue Ridge Community College does not presume to exercise moral judgment concerning the behavior of its students or staff; however, it recognizes as a matter of policy an obligation to maintain a climate of learning and working which is free of workplace harassment.
- All members of the College community are expected and instructed to conduct themselves so as to contribute to an atmosphere free of workplace harassment. Harassment of any student or employee by any other student or employee is a violation of the policy of this College and will not be tolerated. Any such person violating this policy will be disciplined in accordance with Section 3.11.1 Disciplinary Action, Suspension, or Dismissal.
- The President shall develop procedures that define workplace harassment and provide for disciplinary actions.
